The story of this fourth main title in the series takes place at the same time as the first story, meaning they are taking place parallel to each other. The story is mostly character driven and you will see misfits and friends being thrown into a squadron to fight in the war because of the situations that arise. The story unfurls in the visual novel style diary of the leader which you will see during each episode of the story. Concluding
Valkyria Chronicles 4 is the best title in the series, no two ways about it. It has one of the best stories, combined with missions that are unique in many ways. It doesn’t just carry the torch for the first Valkyria Chronicles on PC, but it burns it brighter and longer. One of things that impressed us was, even if you play for four to five hours straight, you will still want to play more and not break the flow. It has the ability to keep you engrossed for long hours in to the night.
